Warnold

Warnold is the second brother of Wario, who wears blue with grey overalls. His arch-rival is Arnold, as the name suggests. He first appeared in Mario Kart: Mushroom Tour as an unlockable character, and 2 days later, became the main antagonist for The Lost Brother. He later finds an apprentice in Melor. He also finds the gift given by Princess Leach.
