Tonic is a mean rude Toad from The Mushroom Kingdom that is wanted from the Police toads who are offering a 100,000 coin reward. Everyone thinks he is 34 years old but, secretly he is only 8 years old. He loves to steal stuff from other Toads and loves being a bully to younger Toads. He is a villian in Wario Island so, the player in must watch out not to run into him.
