"Life, Death... Such pointless things. I shall annihilate them, and erect my own perfect universe, where I shall be master of all creation!"
- Symphony Master, Super Mario Adventure
The Symphony Master is one of the main antagonists of Super Mario Adventure alongside Bowser. He works under Bowser for most of the game, providing his many musically themed troops for Bowsers plan to create his own universe. He is a powerful magician who uses his musical instruments and conductors baton to channel his power. His powers include energy based attacks as well as fire, ice and electrical attacks. He is also capable of teleportation and can manipulate dimensions. He has many minions who serve under him, most notably the Mimic Master.
He usurps Bowser at the end of the game, with the ultimate aim of destroying every reality that ever was, is and could be. He is notable for his acerbic wit, and witty one-liners, as well as his use of bizzare non-sequiturs in the middle of his speeches.
Powers and AbilitiesEdit
- The Symphony Master shows many similarities to a previous mario villain, Dimentio. He serves the main villain for most of the story before betraying them in the last chapter, have a similar warped personality and have a distinct lack of a clear goal.
