Bowser and Dr.Eggman has teamed up to stop their enemies by sending them into other universes.Now,Mario and Sonic has to get through all of the bosses with their own abilities,to take Bowser and Dr.Eggman themselves.

Ring Rush(Sonic)[]
- Ghosts (Pac-Man)
- Sonic has to avoid the ghosts attacks in a Battlefield(Super Smash Bros.)-Like Stage with a Pac-Man maze theme,until he gets the power pellet to spin dash them.Repeat 5 times.
- Whispy Woods (Kirby)
- It works just like in Kirby,except Sonic has to Spin dash him.
- Duck Hunt Dog(Duh)
- He will Hide in a bush,while Sonic has to trick an NES zapper target into shooting the dog.Repeat 5 times.
- Main Boss:Iggy Koopa(Mario)
- Pretty much the New Super Mario Bros. Wii boss against him,except it's 5 hits instead of 3, and you have to spin dash him,instead of just jump on him.
