King Totomesu (or Toto for short) is the Pharaoh of the Gao Tribe in the Birabuto Kingdom and a Father Figure of Daisy since her relationship with her parents, King Richard and Queen Lillian, fell apart during her first date with Luigi.
Toto even disapproves of Richard's behavior over her love life and Richard's Behavior ov being called "Chuck Norris" and it makes him want to roundhouse back at Richard as a way to teach him a lesson.
He appeared in Super Marioland as a first Boss at the time he and the other guardians where brainwashed by Tatanga as well as the Popipas.
In Super Marioland he was designed by Gunpei Yokoi, Shigeru Miyamoto's Mentor as well as Daisy and Tatanga.
