He doesn't like Mario or Luigi because they are always being praised, so Charlie makes up for it by getting into his suit and turning into

a villain who likes kidnapping Princess Peach.
WORLD 100[]
Charlie's World, World 100, is a space dimension with floating rocks and item boxes, however, these item boxes are NOT Question Blocks, but instead Explanation Blocks, which either EXPLODE, Make Goombas or Koopas come out, or summon a lightning bolt.
